For me, I look back at all the small trinkets or handmade goods that I have picked up over the many years in my many travels. They all have a story and remind me of where I was at that time in my life’s journey. Sometimes you need an extra boost of encouragement whether personally or professionally to help you along the way. I also learned to appreciate professional astrology readings, mindfulness sessions, and sessions on discovering all the positive attributes that make life meaningful.
